At Fokasi,when you place an order for a large quantity of valves,you have not only chosen a quality product but a efficient project management team as well.Order coordination is an integral part of Fokasi' project management experience, with the primary responsibility for the order resting with the sales manager, who will regularly report to you on the project's progress and promptly answer any questions you are concerned about.

We have a maintenance center equipped with professional technicians and advanced maintenance equipment, capable of providing engineering and technical services such as valve maintenance and operation, online and offline overhaul, pressure testing, valve repair, valve maintenance, and localization of valve core components.

During valve maintenance, we operate with openness and transparency. We welcome you to witness the disassembly and repair of your valve firsthand, and we will provide you with a maintenance report detailing our investigation results and work execution. During the valve disassembly process, our technicians will analyze the malfunctioning valve and identify the causes of its failure. By determining which parts of the valve are functioning and which are not, we can optimize the valve's design and materials to enhance its operational performance.

Safety

Fokasi’s valve stem and valve body have reliable sealing which can reduce the risk of unanticipated emissions. Our ball valves have three independent stem seals, and the valve body is designed with dedicated sealing gaskets.

Packing box is designed with optional lantern rings that connect to a detector.

Packing preload is designed with dynamic loading system.

Stem is designed with an anti flying-out structure.

The wall thickness of the valve body far exceeds the minimum wall thickness required by the standard.

Unique seat sealing system not only ensures reliable seat sealing, but also protects against potential leakage due to vibration or thermal cycling might weaken other sealing components.

Fokasi ball valves are designed to withstand the effects of emergency fire situations, several sizes and ASME classes of Fokasi valves have been fire tested and qualified to meet the stringent requirements of industry standards and specific end users.
